Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of these terms

By downloading, installing or using Modol Connect, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old, or older if your country sets a higher minimum age for consenting to online services. By registering you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

3. Your account

• You are responsible for keeping your password and OTP codes confidential.
• One person, one account. Accounts may not be sold or transferred.
• Notify us immediately at support@modolconncet.fun if you suspect unauthorised access.
• You can delete your account at any time from Settings inside the app.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Modol Connect to:

• Harass, threaten, defame or abuse any person.
• Post illegal content, or content that infringes someone else's rights.
• Impersonate another person or organisation.
• Send spam, run scams, or distribute malware.
• Scrape, reverse-engineer, overload or otherwise interfere with the service.
• Circumvent moderation actions, bans or rate limits.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of everything you post. By publishing content on Modol Connect you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce and display that content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the service. This licence ends when you delete the content, apart from copies already shared with other users or retained in backups.

You are responsible for the content you publish and confirm you have the rights to share it.

6. Gifts, purchases and refunds

The app may offer optional virtual gifts and items. These are licences to use a digital feature — they have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are non-transferable. Purchases made through Google Play are subject to Google's payment terms and refund policy.

7. Suspension and termination

We may limit, suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, our community guidelines, or applicable law. Where reasonable we give notice and an opportunity to appeal by writing to our support address. You may stop using the service at any time.

8. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure against every possible threat, or that content posted by other users is accurate or lawful.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Modol Connect is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits or goodwill arising from your use of the service.

10. Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka. We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app, and continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
